Managing Your Subscription

How to manage, upgrade, downgrade, and cancel your Agent Status subscription.

Upgrading

Dashboard → Billing → Select agent → New tier → Confirm.

Immediate with prorated charge.

Downgrading

Same flow. Takes effect next billing period. Settings auto-adjusted to new tier limits.

Cancelling

Dashboard → Billing → Cancel. Monitoring continues until period end. History retained 30 days.

Reactivating

Within 30 days: Billing → Find paused agent → Reactivate → Select tier.

Payment Methods

Dashboard → Billing → Payment Method → Update.

Failed Payments

  • Email notification
  • 3-day grace period with daily retry
  • After 3 failures: agents paused
  • Update payment method to resume
  • Invoices

    Dashboard → Billing → Invoices → Download PDF.

    Includes: billing period, per-agent charges, one-off usage, total, payment status.

    FAQ

    • Billing: Monthly on anniversary
    • Annual billing: Not currently available
    • Setup fee: None
    • Unused checks: N/A (unlimited within tier)
    • Pause billing: Not directly — pause agent keeps subscription active
