Your Agent Status dashboard gives you a real-time view of all your monitored agents.

Agent List View

Status Indicators

  • 🟢 UP — Everything is working
  • 🟡 DEGRADED — Partial issues
  • 🔴 DOWN — Not responding or failing
  • UNKNOWN — No checks yet or paused

Agent Detail View

Current Status

  • Large status badge with verdict
  • Time since last check
  • Quick actions (Run Now, Pause, Edit)

Metrics Cards

  • Uptime — 24-hour success rate
  • P50 Latency — Median response time
  • Checks — Total checks in period
  • Eval Pass Rate — Correctness percentage

Run History

Timeline of recent checks: timestamp, verdict, latency, validation count, trigger type.

Geographic Breakdown

Per-region performance: US, EU, Asia-Pacific nodes.

Settings Tab

Endpoint

  • URL, Authentication, Request format

Schedule

  • Frequency, Schedule type

Validation

  • Prompts, Timeout, TTFB SLA, Max nodes

Alerts

  • Email, DOWN/DEGRADED/Recovery alerts, Webhook URL

Tips

  • Pin important agents — Star production agents for quick access
  • Use descriptive names — "Prod ChatBot US" > "Agent 1"
  • Set up alerts early — Don't wait for the first outage
  • Check geographic breakdown — Issues often start in one region
